The City of Bliss
Seeking a place of peace and a base for the Panth, the Guru purchased land from the Rani of Bilaspur. He founded the city of Chakk Nanaki, named after his mother. This city would later be renamed Anandpur Sahib—the City of Bliss—and become the birthplace of the Khalsa.
