The Test of the Mud Platform
To test his sons-in-law, Guru Amar Das Ji asked them to build a mud platform for him to sit on. Each time they finished, the Guru asked them to tear it down and start over. While others grew frustrated and quit, Jetha rebuilt his platform seven times with a smile, saying each time that his own lack of skill was the only reason it didn't please the Guru.
